Start Date: ASAP 
Duration 6+ Months 
Location: Onsite in either: Atlanta, GA or San Jose, CA 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience, preferably within investment banking, corporate development, or a tech-related M&A environment
• Strong background in M&A, corporate strategy, and regulatory considerations
• Expertise in deal origination, pipeline management, and inbound CIM screening
• Proficiency in financial modeling with SaaS-specific metrics such as ARR, NRR, and deal valuation
• Experience coordinating due diligence across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Product workstreams
• Skilled in managing external advisors, including banks, legal counsel, and consultants
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and compelling board and executive materials

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in cloud-native SaaS, AI/ML tooling, or vertical software markets
• Prior involvement in post-close integration and strategic planning
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in high-growth sectors

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant advanced degrees are a plus
• Prior experience in investment banking, corporate development, or technology M&A roles within a similar industry

• Ability to work in Atlanta, Georgia or San Jose, California
• Willingness to travel as needed for deal negotiations and integration activities
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
