The Role • Manage service operations and ensure high service quality for customers. • Schedule and delegate repair and maintenance tasks. • Prepare cost estimates and handle customer requests and technical consultations. • Oversee and manage the work of mechanics, including job assignment, monitoring, and final vehicle inspection. • Perform expert repairs and maintenance on commercial vehicles, including electrical systems. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. What You'll Need • Completed master craftsman qualification in the automotive industry, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector. • Experience in a master craftsman role is desirable. • Proficiency in IT systems (MS-Office, SAP, ESA). • A self-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive work ethic. • Strong leadership, motivation, and team collaboration skills. • A valid Class CE driver's license.
