Location: Letchworth
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
• Operating basic production equipment and machinery
• Assembling, preparing and checking products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Supporting other members of the production team when required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and punctual
• Has a good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has good attention to detail
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
• Is willing to learn new skills and follow instructions

Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience would be an advantage, but full training is available.
