The Role • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS for multiple national and international subsidiaries. • Actively participate in group reporting and consolidation, contributing to the consolidated financial statements. • Manage daily financial accounting, reconcile accounts, handle accruals and deferrals, and manage fixed asset accounting and intercompany reconciliations. • Process travel expense reports and oversee payroll bookings transferred from HR. • Handle insurance matters, prepare VAT advance returns, and contribute to the improvement and digitalization of financial processes. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or a degree in business administration. • Several years of professional experience in financial or group accounting within an international industrial company. • Proficient application of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS in accounting. • Good English language skills for collaboration with holding companies and international entities. • Structured and independent working style, team spirit, and an interest in digital tools and process optimization.
