Receptionist - Maven Dental Subiaco

Located on Rokeby Road, our established practice provides personalised care across general, restorative and implant dentistry, as well as Invisalign. Our experienced team is committed to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment.

We're seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Receptionist who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping a practice running smoothly. As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in creating a positive, seamless experience from the moment they contact or enter the practice.

Working closely with our dentists, oral health therapist, Practice Manager and dental assisting team, you'll help coordinate appointments, manage patient enquiries and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

What your days look like:

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
• Managing appointments, the appointment book and patient scheduling
• Handling patient enquiries in person, over the phone and through other communication channels
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Coordinating with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
• Discussing treatment appointments and assisting patients with treatment-related enquiries
• Supporting administrative tasks, including patient payments and processing transactions
• Assisting with recalls, confirmations and follow-up appointments
• Helping maintain an organised, welcoming reception and waiting area

Hours of work:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with every second Friday off and occasional Saturday work may be required

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a reception role is essential preferably dental or healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence using computer systems and dental practice management software
• A professional, friendly and patient-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
