The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts in support of national goals.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key clients and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience; high school diploma/GED required.
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
