SFDC Developer (Only W2)

Role- SFDC Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX

Job Description • Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments

• Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments

• Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems

• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado

• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools

• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths

• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments

• Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
