- Support Enrolment Growth and Admissions Excellence
Toowoomba Grammar School (TGS) is seeking an experienced Head ofAdmissions to join the team. Responsible for overseeingthe day-to-day management of the School's admissions and enrolmentprocesses, the Head of Admissions ensures prospective familiesexperience a professional, timely and personalised journey frominitial enquiry through to commencement.
The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders to supportenrolment growth across day, boarding and international studentmarkets, while managing admissions administration, familyengagement, pipeline activity and reporting to help achieve theSchool's enrolment objectives.Through effective relationshipmanagement and the use of enrolment data, the role contributes toattracting, enrolling and retaining students across the School.
Experience in school admissions and/or international studentrecruitment is highly desirable.
About TGSFounded in 1875, TGS is a member school of the Great PublicSchools Association of Queensland (GPS). It is an independentnon-denominational day and boarding school for boys with a totalenrolment of 1,100 from Preparatory to Year 12. There areapproximately 300 boarders in the School coming predominantly fromthroughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the NorthernTerritory. The School's campus covers 20.5 hectares and islocated one kilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

About the PositionReporting to the Headmaster through the Deputy Headmaster, theHead of Admissions is responsible for contributing to the School'senrolment strategy, admissions operations and family engagementinitiatives to support sustainable enrolment growth, conversion andretention.
Selection Criteria:The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a provenability and commitment in the following areas:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in enrolmentmanagement, sales, marketing, customer service, businessdevelopment, education or a related field, including experiencesupporting enrolment growth and achieving recruitmentobjectives.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and evaluateenrolment and conversion activities that support enrolmentgrowth, enhance the prospective family experience and achieveagreed performance targets.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, withexperience supporting, developing and motivating staff todeliver high quality service and outcomes.
- Well developed relationship management, communication andstakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to buildpositive relationships with prospective families, communitypartners, agents and internal stakeholders while delivering anexceptional customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including theability to interpret enrolment, market and customer data tosupport reporting, forecasting and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience using CRM, enrolment management and otherdigital systems to manage enquiries, applications, reporting,customer interactions, data integrity and operationalprocesses.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in abusy environment, exercising sound judgement, initiative andaccountability while maintaining a focus on service deliveryand enrolment outcomes.
- Capacity and flexibility to work outside standard businesshours, including evenings and weekends, and undertake domesticand international travel as required to support enrolment,recruitment and community engagement activities.

All School staff, unless otherwise eligible for an exemption,must possess a current Positive Notice or "Blue Card" issued undertheWorking with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act2000before commencing employment with the School.Volunteer Blue Cards are required to be transferred to PaidEmployment cards.
