PMO Analyst – London Organisation
Consula are hiring on behalf of a leading London-based organisation for a PMO Analyst to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and motivated professional looking to build or develop their career within Project Management, PMO and business transformation.
The Role
As a PMO Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of a range of projects and programmes, working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and wider business teams. You’ll help ensure projects are well organised, accurately tracked and delivered effectively.
This is a varied role offering exposure to project governance, reporting, planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and coordination of projects and programmes
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and key documentation
- Produce regular project status reports and management information
- Track milestones, deadlines, budgets and deliverables
- Support project governance, meetings and reporting cycles
- Prepare agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions
- Work with stakeholders across different teams to gather updates and information
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and ensure these are appropriately tracked
- Help improve PMO processes, systems and ways of working
- Provide general project and administrative support as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop a career in project management or PMO.
You may already have experience in a PMO, project support, business operations, administration or coordination role, or you may be looking to take the next step in your career.
You should have:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
- An interest in project management, transformation or business change
Previous PMO or project experience is desirable but not essential — we’re particularly interested in candidates with strong transferable skills and the right attitude.
