Job Description
Job Description
Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Kevin Sweet have partnering with a growing and highly entrepreneurial construction/manufacturing organization to identify a Vice President of Finance with a clear and defined pathway to CFO. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. The successful candidate will take immediate ownership of the company’s finance and accounting operations, lead an established high-performing team, and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated finance leader who is ready to take the next step toward the CFO level. The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance and accounting expertise with executive presence, commercial acumen, leadership ability, and a desire to become a true strategic partner to the CEO. If you are looking for more than your next finance leadership position—and want a clearly defined path to the CFO seat—this opportunity deserves a closer look. For confidential consideration, contact Kevin Sweet directly at 682-499-1182 or via email at Kevin.
