Software Test Engineer

Role: Software Test Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009(Hybrid)(3 days onsite in a week)

Long Term Contract

Job Description:

•        Strong understanding of BSS/OSS and Telecom Domain

•        Hands-on experience on design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for BSS/OSS modules

•        Mandatory knowledge on Amdocs Clarify CRM 6 or 6.5 and its Order journey

•        Experience needed on SQL to identify migrated test data.

•        Must have experience in Interface and API testing

•        Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve software defects.

•        Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

•        Experience with test automation frameworks (Optional)

•        Knowledge of defect management tools like Jira, QC

•        Experience in preparing Test Plan and Test Strategy documents

•        Ability to perform root cause analysis and log analysis to find system at fault

•        Document and report test results, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

•        Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure high standards of quality

·       Good hands on with AI tools in testing
