Director, Compliance Consulting Buyside - Hays

Financial services compliance consultancy with a first-class reputation seeks an experienced and commercially oriented compliance professional for a Director opening within its specialist investment management and advisory practice. This is a crucial leadership role, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients, growing existing accounts and originating new ones through relationship networking. In providing exemplary advice to FCA and SEC authorised clients, the job holder will demonstrate subject matter expertise across MiFID and AIFMD. Furthermore, the successful candidate will manage a small team of consultants, leading by example as well as developing their capabilities. Candidates are sought, ideally from a regulatory compliance consulting background with solid exposure to buyside firms including private markets. Applications are welcome from those on the cusp of Director level in addition to those currently operating at that grade already.
