Pega Developer - W2

Location: Irving, TX Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $73.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Pega Developer - W2
Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on the Pega platform.
• Strong expertise in Pega Case Management and workflow automation solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Pega integrations, including REST and SOAP services, connectors, and APIs.
• Deep understanding of:
  • Pega Rules Engine
  • Flow Rules and Process Design
  • Decision Tables and Business Rules
  • Data Pages and Data Management
  • Performance Tuning and Application Troubleshooting
• Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Pega certifications such as Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and/or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) are required/preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the latest versions of Pega Infinity.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes within the Pega ecosystem.
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms and architectures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega platform.
• Build and enhance case management solutions to support business processes.
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
