We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join a busy and collaborative finance team. support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations and wider finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes. maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, responding to post and allocate cash receipts.
· with bank reconciliations and routine discrepancy investigations.
· billing administration and reporting.
· accurate finance system records.
· client account and property transaction support.
· to routine finance enquiries.
· projects and provide team cover when required. understanding of accounting principles.
· Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
· with finance systems desirable.
· Previous administration or finance experience
