National Sales Director
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
We're looking for a
National Sales Director in any of our major U.S. locations, preferably our headquarters. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing the outside sales team to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, advertising, and customer service, to ensure we deliver high-quality products that meet customer demands.

Manage sales forecasts, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth across various channels. At The Dixon Group, we value the contributions of our Military Veterans and proudly employ our nation’s heroes. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to enhance performance and achieve sales goals
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners across the country
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
Collaborate with advertising and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and market needs
Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to adjust sales approaches as needed
Set clear performance expectations, development objectives and accountability standards for sales personnel.

Travel Requirements: approx. 50% travel
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; MBA preferred.
~8+ years of progressive sales experience including 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth on a national scale
~ Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
~ Willingness to travel frequently as necessary to meet with clients and team members (approx. 50% travel)
