Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SWITCH SME with deep expertise in telecom inventory systems. The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of SWITCH data structures, processes, and attribute-level mappings, and will play a key role in data analysis, transformation, and migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end expertise in SWITCH system data, including attribute-level understanding
Analyze and document data models, relationships, and dependencies within SWITCH
Support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
Work closely with business and technical teams to define data requirements and mappings
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system modernization or migration projects
Required Skills
Strong experience with SWITCH telecom inventory systems
Deep understanding of data attributes, schemas, and workflows
Experience in data migration and data mapping
Skilled in SQL queries, data analysis tools
Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with legacy telecom systems and transformations
Prior experience in large-scale telecom migration programs
