The Role

• Develop and expand assigned sales territory by establishing and cultivating new and existing customer relationships.
• Drive new business opportunities within the local landscape industry market.
• Collaborate with inside sales support teams and vendors to promote products and services.
• Stay informed and promote new products within the market.
• Work with vendors on sales promotions and programs to increase market penetration.
• Create and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan to meet territory objectives.

What You'll Need

• Proven success in B2B sales within the Landscape/Irrigation products sector, managing a significant territory.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve year-over-year territory growth.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A self-starter attitude with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
• Aptitude for learning and promoting new products and vendor programs.
• Ability to pass a criminal/driving background check and pre-employment drug test.
