Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced operations professional with strong business acumen who thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings sharp critical thinking, and can turn complex transactional data points from multiple sources into accurate, timely executed deliverables. You’ll work closely with our product groups on day-to-day operations, identify opportunities to improve how we work, and support our lines of business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, and other governing credit documents.

• Read and interpret LSTA / LMA settlement documents.

• Manage transactions across multiple asset classes and ensure all notifications are processed accurately.

• Understand and resolve complex credit transactions.

• Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties while collaborating with the appropriate internal teams.

• Maintain performance targets and quality control metrics.

• Follow standard policies and procedures.

• Promote knowledge sharing and development within the team.

• Identify operational improvements.

• Adopt new AI-powered tools and workflows, evaluating their output critically and integrating them into existing processes.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.

• Knowledge of multiple asset class transactions and processing requirements.

• Familiarity with the loan settlements process and settlement platforms.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail and pride in quality work.

• Organized, with strong time management and a track record of following through on assigned tasks.

• Self-motivated, taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities, with duties performed accurately and on time.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance productivity, paired with sound judgment about when human review and expertise remain essential.

• Experience with Solvas Portfolio (formerly CDO Suite) is a plus.
