Key Responsibilities
Translate complex business and technology concepts into actionable decisions.

Plan product and operational readiness to support modernization efforts.
Manage dependencies and impacts across projects.
Design operating models and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in transformation roles, with 10 years preferred.
Proven ability to translate business and technology requirements.
Experience in financial services transformation.
Cloud transformation and migration experience required.
Strong skills in governance, control creation, and documentation.
