M&A Program Manager

🔹 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M&A Program Manager to lead and coordinate pre-merger and post-merger activities for one of our clients in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple M&A engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving technology integration initiatives.

Telecom/ISP industry experience is preferred, but strong M&A program management experience is the primary requirement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pre-merger and post-merger program management activities across multiple M&A engagements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track leads to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.

• Establish priorities, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

• Drive technology integration initiatives and support seamless integration across business and IT functions.

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and workstreams under the M&A program.

• Identify dependencies, anticipate roadblocks, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.

• Provide program updates, track milestones, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

• Ensure all teams work toward common goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Support end-to-end M&A integration activities while maintaining a broad understanding of different functional areas.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management, with hands-on experience managing at least two M&A engagements.

• Strong understanding of pre-merger and post-merger activities and integration processes.

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to engage with track leads, ask the right questions, establish priorities, and drive accountability.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex initiatives and drive teams toward shared business objectives.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Telecom/ISP industry.

• Exposure to M&A-related technology integration initiatives.

• Familiarity with network, IT, or operations integration activities.

• Experience managing cross-functional integration programs across multiple business and technology teams.
