The Role

• Visualize customer desires and develop individual kitchen concepts using modern 3D planning tools.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Handle budget considerations, offer creation, objection handling, and project coordination.
• Proactively identify and implement new kitchen trends into designs.
• Coordinate delivery and installation processes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and active sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current product assortments.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor, and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design.
