Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows with experience supporting Epic upgrades, system maintenance, application support, medication loads, pricing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and hands-on build experience.
• Experience supporting retail, specialty, or home health pharmacy operations.
