Job Title: Database Architects

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Database Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Analyze existing data products and collaborate with business users to understand data requirements, table structures, fields, and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation to align legacy Exadata data with new source systems, including Helix.
Guide data engineers and developers in designing target tables, data models, and warehouse structures aligned with business requirements.
Facilitate technical discussions among source system teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience in data mapping, enterprise data architecture, and data warehousing, including 6–9 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, analytics model design, and requirements gathering.

Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives, including analysis of existing data products, business reporting requirements, and data consumption needs across business user groups. Experience analyzing business data requirements and translating stakeholder needs into source-to-target mappings, data definitions, field-level mappings, data models, and target table specifications. Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions among business users, source-system teams, data architects, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration and alignment with analytical platform requirements. Experience guiding data warehouse design and implementation activities, validating data quality and integrity, resolving mapping discrepancies, and coordinating delivery of reliable enterprise analytics solutions
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
