Role-Based Access Control Lead (RBAC Lead)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our healthcare client, who is seeking a Role Based Access Control Lead (RBAC Lead) for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Bristol
About the role: You will be responsible for ensuring the authority is prepared to direct, assure and make informed decisions on RBAC scope, principles, governance, design standards, security controls and operational implications.
The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance and have a strong background in delivery Role Based Access Control support, with the following skills and experience:

• Experience leading or assuring RBAC design and implementation in large-scale, complex enterprise transformation ideally involving Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP, HCM or financial platforms.
• Deep knowledge of RBAC principles, access governance, least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability and role life cycle controls.
• Knowledge of Secure by Design, identity and access management, privileged access management.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion delivery, enterprise systems implementation, access control design, security assurance. (Desirable)
