Territory Sales Rep

Patterson is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to drive growth across an assigned wholesale dental and animal health territory. You will manage and expand a portfolio of clinics and practices, build lasting customer relationships, and position Patterson's products, equipment, and software solutions to improve patient care and practice efficiency. Responsibilities include prospecting, on-site visits, product demos, and partnering with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. You'll analyze territory performance, meet or exceed sales goals, and represent Patterson's values of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for an assigned territory in dental and animal health markets
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts through regular on-site visits and relationship building
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with clinics and practices
• Conduct in-person and virtual product, equipment, and software demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal specialists, customer service, and logistics teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report on territory performance using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and activity metrics
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Patterson's evolving product portfolio
• Represent Patterson's brand and values with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
• Participate in training, ride-alongs, and team meetings to continuously improve sales capabilities
