We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our flagship London locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a premium pastry offer across fine dining desserts, canapés, retail cakes and seasonal menu development.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating high-quality cakes, pastries, breads and desserts
• Delivering pastry across fine dining, hospitality and retail offers
• Decorating and presenting products to a high standard
• Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation
• Managing stock levels and pastry equipment
• Following food safety, allergen and health and safety standards
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team
• Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity

• Strong pastry experience in a quality-led environment
• Creativity, flair and attention to detail
• Good organisation and time management
• Passion for presentation and innovation
• A collaborative and positive approach
