The key focus of this position is Salesforce + NetSuite data conversion/migration using Fivetran and dbt.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience with these technologies and data models, not just general Data Engineering or ETL experience.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Architect / Data Conversion Lead with

strong expertise in enterprise data migration and conversion initiatives. The ideal candidate

will have deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite data models and be

capable of independently managing end-to-end data conversion activities while

collaborating directly with customer stakeholders.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive data migration efforts with

minimal supervision and successfully coordinate across business, architecture, engineering,

and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion and migration initiatives.
• Analyze source and target data architectures and develop migration strategies.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and conversion activities.
• Perform Salesforce and NetSuite data analysis and mapping.
• Drive migration of Salesforce and NetSuite data through modern ELT platforms.
• Design and implement data transformation solutions using dbt and Fivetran.
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders and drive workstreams to successful completion.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy throughout the migration process.
• Coordinate with business, engineering, and architecture teams for successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Data Architecture and Data Engineering background.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and NetSuite data models.

• Data Validation
• Hands-on expertise with dbt and Fivetran.
• Experience migrating and transforming Salesforce and NetSuite data into enterprise data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion.
• Prior experience in customer-facing consulting environments preferred.
