FINANCIAL ANALYST
HOLLISTER, CA
CONTRACT TO HIRE
$We're looking for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to be an active, visible business partner — not a back-office accountant. The ideal candidate gets up, walks the floor, understands how the product is manufactured (literally understanding manufacturing well enough to know how the shoes you're wearing were made), and builds relationships with program managers and buyers across the business.

Manage program financials "cradle to grave," from budget setting through production
Analyze day-to-day program performance: labor, materials, gross margin — are we hitting targets, and why or why not
Conduct proactive planning — identify issues and present actionable plans to address them
Support close process on a 4-4-5 accounting schedule, including working part of the last Saturday of each quarter for quarter close
Use data visualization and reporting tools to present manufacturing/program performance to stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
~3-5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience
~ Willingness to Dig In: Proactive and ready to engage deeply with financial data, programs, and cross-functional challenges
Prior FP&A Experience: Previous financial planning and analysis experience is required
Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, ideally with SQL and Power BI, or strong systems aptitude
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in reporting, forecasting, and planning
Proactivity in Business Partnership: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Power BI
SQL experience preferred
Experience with (or ability to quickly adapt to) Oracle, as the organization is currently migrating systems
