Fisher Investments is hiring for High Asset Under Management (AUM) Investment Counselors to support the firm's largest, intricate private client relationships, ensuring they receive truly unparalleled attentiveness and service. The Opportunity:

The High AUM Investment Counselor (High AUM IC) is the primary, long-term contact for the firm's UHNW clients. You will be the liaison between the Investment Policy Committee (IPC) and your clients, ensuring that portfolios are constructed in alignment with client goals. You will contact your clients to communicate how they are progressing towards their long-term investing goals. You will evaluate your client's objectives and collaborate with other groups to offer unparalleled service. You serve the client's continuing needs, with the aim to build a long-term trust and professional relationships.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Contacting new clients to welcome them to FI and discuss the client's account setup and transfer of assets
  • Educating clients on our top-down portfolio strategy, their investments, important market events and competitive landscape
  • Documenting relevant client information, including background, financial situation, and conversations with clients
  • Handling all questions (by phone, fax, email, letter, etc.) and requests from your client
  • Monitoring and communicating IPC's strategy in the client's portfolio
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to fulfill client requests
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Series 65
  • 7-12 years of experience in asset management and client services
  • Professional experience communicating knowledge of securities and markets directly with clients
  • Experience interacting with High-Net-Worth clients of at least $5MM assets plus
