Job description

CLO Virtual Fashion is redefining the future of apparel through cutting-edge 3D clothing simulation technology—powering the entire fashion lifecycle from concept and design to production, marketing, fitting, and styling.
Since 2009, CLO has been building a dynamic digital fashion ecosystem, driven by its industry-leading simulation algorithms that blend the physical and virtual worlds of clothing.
Our suite of tools—including CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny—streamlines every stage of the garment creation process, while platforms like CLO-SET and CONNECT enable seamless collaboration, content management, and digital asset workflows. Through smart tagging technology, CLO also links physical and digital garments, creating an integrated and intelligent fashion infrastructure built for the future of design and sustainability.
CLO Virtual Fashion, a global leader in digital fashion innovation, operates across 16 offices in 13 countries—including key hubs in Asia, North America, Europe, and South America. As the demand for immersive, tech-driven fashion solutions grows, CLO continues to expand its global footprint, powered by a rapidly growing international user base and a future-focused vision.
Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support & Tech Support based in Europe to oversee local IT infrastructure operations and lead technical consultations for enterprise clients. In this dual-impact role, you will manage end-to-end device provisioning, identity lifecycles (Google Workspace and Slack), and rapid-response offboarding procedures across the European time zone. Externally, you will drive technical consultations with client IT teams—troubleshooting SSO/identity integrations (SAML, Microsoft Entra ID) and resolving firewall/proxy whitelisting hurdles—acting as a trusted technical bridge between our enterprise customers and internal engineering teams.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Client IT Consultation & Technical Diagnostics

  • Lead diagnostic and troubleshooting sessions with enterprise client IT administrators regarding network access, proxy/firewall whitelisting, and software connectivity.

  • Assist clients with SSO and identity federation implementations (SAML, Microsoft Entra ID).

  • Act as the technical translator and liaison between client IT personnel and internal engineering teams, distilling technical bugs, diagnostic logs, and requirements clearly for both audiences

  • Internal IT Operations & Equipment Lifecycle (Europe)

  • Onboarding & Hardware Provisioning: Configure laptops based on IT guidelines for new hires across Europe.

  • Identity & Account Management: Administer user accounts and permissions across core platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack

  • Offboarding & Urgent Incident Handling: Execute prompt offboarding protocols, including immediate account revocation, access lockouts, and secure remote laptop wiping/formatting upon employee departures

Qualifications

  • Hardware & Systems Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of PC/Mac hardware architecture, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and local hardware troubleshooting.

  • Networking & Identity Fundamentals: Demonstrated literacy in SSO/identity federation (SAML 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD), enterprise networking, and perimeter controls (firewall rules, proxy whitelisting, DNS).

  • Client Technical Consulting: Experience interacting directly with external B2B clients and IT teams in a technical support, solutions, or consultation capacity.

  • Technical Communication & Coordination: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, synthesize root causes, and communicate fluently with both client IT administrators and internal software engineers.

  • Account & Device Administration: Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack, as well as executing remote disk formatting and account offboarding procedures.

  • Scripting & AI tool skills: Basic scripting experience (e.g., Google Apps Script) and hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini). Ability to build tools locally and deploy and configure them in company-approved environments, following guidance from the global IT/Security team.

  • Cross-Regional Support: Self-driven and adaptable, able to coordinate and handle time-sensitive tasks across overlapping European and North American time zones.

  • Language: Fluent professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with or exposure to CLO 3D software or digital product creation tools

  • Experience working within distributed, cross-border teams across Europe and Asia/US

  • Additional European language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian)

Benefits

  • Refresh month after every 5 years of employment in the company

  • 1 week extra holidays between Christmas and new years

  • Company Pension Scheme

  • Deutschland Ticket

  • Partial Gym Membership Support (Urban Sports Club)

  • International + modern working environment

  • Young and fast growing team

  • Start Up mentality

  • Room for growth

  • Flexible working hours

Please provide a full CV and cover letter in English (otherwise it won't be considered), including your salary expectations and notice period on Lever.
