Job Description
blueAPACHE in Sydney is seeking a L2 Service Desk & Onsite Engineer to join our Service Centre Team. The role covers onsite work across Metro and Regional NSW with occasional travel to customer sites and some helpdesk duties from the office when not onsite.
You should have 2+ years in a Service Desk or Field Services role, basic IT infrastructure knowledge, networking skills, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and experience with a ticketing system. Excellent communication is essential.
