Our client is a fast-growing fintech business developing an innovative procurement and trade finance ecosystem across the UAE and wider region. Backed by a strong growth strategy, the business is expanding its products, market presence, and operational capabilities.
Job Description
  • Lead debt recovery, collections, and pre-litigation activities across the UAE.
  • Manage external counsel and oversee claims, enforcement, and litigation matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial, lending, and financing agreements.
  • Advise the business on lending, trade finance, credit, and day-to-day commercial legal matters.
  • Support new market entries, licensing activities, and corporate structuring initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to identify risks and deliver practical legal solutions.
  • Develop legal processes, governance frameworks, and policies while monitoring regulatory developments.

The Successful Applicant
