VP Identity &amp; Access Management – £120,000 - £130,000 + 20% Bonus – London (Hybrid) – Investment Banking Overview:<br />We are currently searching for an experienced Identity &amp; Access Management SME to join a global Investment Banking organisation. You’ll lead a team responsible for the operation, stability and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity &amp; Access Management services. The role combines technical IAM leadership, service delivery and strategic improvement, working closely with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Risk, Compliance and third-party partners. Role &amp;

Responsibilities:

Lead an IAM Operations team across onshore and offshore resources.<br />Own day-to-day IAM operations, including JML, access requests, provisioning and fulfilment.<br />Manage IAM platforms including IGA, SSO/MFA, Active Directory and Entra ID.<br />Own ITSM processes across incident, problem, change and request management.<br />Drive IAM automation, self-service and workflow improvements.<br />Lead audit, compliance, access recertification and remediation activities.<br />Manage third-party IAM partners, SLAs and service performance.<br />Drive root cause analysis, operational risk reduction and continuous improvement.<br />Oversee monitoring, service health, documentation and operational standards.<br />Work with Security, Infrastructure, HR and application teams on IAM integrations and initiatives.<br />Coach and develop the IAM team while contributing to the wider IAM strategy and roadmap.Technical

Requirements:

Extensive experience in IAM, security operations or identity platform operations, with 5+ years in leadership.<br />Strong enterprise IAM experience across large, multi-region environments.<br />Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID and Active Directory.<br />Strong knowledge of JML, IGA, RBAC/ABAC and entitlement management.<br />Experience with ServiceNow, IAM automation, APIs and self-service workflows.<br />Experience integrating IAM with AD/Entra, REST/SCIM, SAP, databases and Workday.<br />Strong understanding of ITSM, SLAs/SLOs, audit controls and SOX.<br />Experience with privileged access controls and complex directory/tenant environments.<br />Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP identity and Zero Trust principles.<br />Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python and/or SQL.<br />Financial Services experience and CISSP/CISM desirable.Role &amp; Package: £120,000 - £130,000<br />20% Annual Bonus<br />London - Hybrid (3 days onsite)VP Identity &amp; Access Management – £120,000 - £130,000 + 20% Bonus – London (Hybrid) – Investment Banking
