Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant to support a large-scale, complex SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will be a key member of the integration team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

The role involves building and maintaining integrations between SAP S/4HANA and mission-critical legacy systems to enable seamless data exchange across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reusable APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
• Implement API-led connectivity strategies to establish a flexible and modern application network.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage API policies, security, and lifecycle using MuleSoft API Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting APIs and integrations during development and post-production.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering development, integrations, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

Technical Experience

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with RAML, OpenAPI Specification (OAS), and various integration patterns.
• Experience integrating MuleSoft with SAP systems is a significant plus.
• MuleSoft Developer certification is highly preferred.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving

• Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise architects, developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve complex enterprise integration challenges.

Federal and Security Requirements

• An active Secret security clearance is mandatory for this opportunity.
• Prior Navy, DoD, or Federal experience is highly preferred.
• DoD or client ERP implementation experience is preferred.
