POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on developing and implementing global go-to-market processes for battery-electric products and charging services.

The Senior Program Manager will work across Engineering, Tax, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, and other business functions to identify market requirements and translate them into actionable processes and deliverables.
The role requires strong process development, process mapping, critical thinking, problem solving, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage complex programs to schedule and budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research and scope requirements for launching battery-electric products and charging services into specific global markets.
• Develop and implement go-to-market processes for new products and services.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects involving technical and non-technical teams.

• Establish clearly defined roles and responsibilities for new processes.
• Program/project manage cross-functional stakeholders through assigned actions and deliverables.
• Track projects against schedule, budget, milestones, risks, and objectives.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, gaps, risks, and roadblocks.
• Develop and recommend potential solutions to project and process issues.
• Escalate significant issues and risks to leadership when appropriate.
• Support development of supply chain processes involving title transfers and import/export considerations.
• Work with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to establish supplier processes, including recycling suppliers.
• Partner with regulatory and compliance teams to support commercial requirements for lithium-ion batteries in global markets.
• Evaluate costs and commercial terms as part of program and process development.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and future project phases.
• Adapt quickly as market, customer, regulatory, or business requirements change.
• Work collaboratively across an international team spanning multiple time zones.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong meeting and team facilitation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent changes.
• Ability to create and improve processes rather than relying solely on established procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 experience, including Excel and related tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• PMP or PMI certification.
