The Role

• Provide high-quality patient care in intensive care units equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, including ventilators, monitoring systems, and dialysis.
• Deliver care across various specialties, including Anesthesia, Surgery, Neurology, and Internal Medicine, based on your preferred area.
• Participate in a structured onboarding program of up to 3 months with a dedicated tutor.
• Engage in interdisciplinary and cross-professional collaboration to ensure comprehensive and efficient patient treatment.
• Utilize modern IT-supported documentation systems.
• Focus on the needs of patients, leveraging advanced technology to enhance care delivery.

What You'll Need

• A successful professional qualification as a Registered Nurse or equivalent healthcare profession.
• Experience in intensive care is desirable, but motivated career starters are also welcome.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in task execution and a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary teamwork.
• For international applicants: Minimum B2 German language proficiency and recognized professional qualification.
• Willingness to pursue further training and specialization.
