Program Manager – Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Pricing & SAP

Senior Program Manager (Contract), Revenue Growth Management

This role owns the technology delivery behind Revenue Growth Management: an integrated commercial SaaS platform, the integrations that feed it, and the analytics layer that turns forecasting, account planning, promotional planning, MDF, and RGM data into decisions the business can act on. You'll run delivery end to end — across commercial and finance stakeholders, the internal engineering and data teams building the platform, and the outside vendors implementing and integrating it — and own whether it lands on time, in scope, and against the revenue outcomes it was funded to deliver.

This isn't a coordination or status-tracking job. We need a seasoned program leader who sets accountability, holds scope and commitments in check, works through complicated vendor and integration arrangements, and holds their own with senior executives — someone who carries credibility from day one and is at ease running governance at the SVP level.

Duties:

End-to-end accountability for technology delivery across the portfolio, from plan through go-live.

Build the program structure across technical workstreams: delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.

Hold scope discipline, getting ahead of scope shifts, competing priorities, and moving expectations.

Run multi-vendor execution, holding internal engineering teams and outside delivery partners to their commitments.

Serve as the delivery connection point between business owners, technology teams, and vendors, translating business intent into technical delivery.

Track risks, dependencies, and the decisions that unblock delivery.

Build and run executive and SVP governance, giving leadership a clear read on delivery health, risks, and next steps.

Raise the harder escalations early, without damaging the relationships that keep delivery moving.

Turn decisions into technical follow-through across every team and vendor.

Skills:

10+ years leading enterprise programs, with several at the SVP-facing level.

Program management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.

Agile/SAFe or comparable delivery-framework credentials a plus.

Track record leading large, complex enterprise technology programs where you owned whether delivery landed.

Proven capacity to run multiple technical workstreams, vendors, and senior stakeholders at once.

Depth in scope, risk, dependency, financial, and delivery management.

Experience running executive governance and holding your own with VP/SVP audiences.

A history of keeping vendors and internal teams honest against milestones and deliverables.

Comfort operating amid ambiguity, organizational complexity, and shifting priorities.

The judgment to make sound calls and move without being steered.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
