Role: IT Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote (EST Based Candidates Only)

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and manage project backlogs, ensuring alignment with teams and organizational priorities.
• Lead the planning and execution of sprints to deliver incremental project value while maintaining high quality.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of roadblocks.
• Create project plans including dependencies, communication, scope, budget, timeline, and milestones
• Monitor project timelines and hold teams accountable to meet deadlines
• Develop and deliver weekly progress reports and escalate delays to leadership
• Maintain project costs, scheduling, and quality assurance of assigned projects
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand project requirements, dependencies, and challenges.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure resource alignment and to address capacity constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and migrations and implementations.
• Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivity

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of IT project management experience, including requirement gathering, project scoping, and execution in Wrike or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and or NetSuite systems
• Experience managing Salesforce and or NetSuite data migration projects
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or an equivalent field
• Hands-on experience in large-scale projects and successful implementation of best-of-breed software solutions
• PMP Certification highly preferred
