Job Description

Job: Eagle Business Analyst STAR/PACE L2/L3 Production Support Analyst 
Location: Remote
Duration: 18 months (Long Term)
 
Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications within an investment management
 
Support, stakeholder communication, and Eagle STAR/PACE development activities. The position is focused on approximately 70% production support and 30% Eagle STAR/PACE development.
 
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and systemic issues.
Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)
Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with Eagle Data Model.
Experience with job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred).
