The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support for members.
• Handle a variety of vehicle issues, from simple battery changes to complex fault finding.
• Start and end your workday from home, with a company vehicle provided.
• Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Provide reassurance and exceptional service to members during stressful situations.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make independent repair decisions.
