Job Description

  • 1 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and teamwork
  • Logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational data analysis
  • Dashboard/report development and KPI tracking
  • Data validation, integrity, and root-cause analysis
  • Forecasting, demand planning, and process improvement
  • Healthcare IT / clinical application knowledge preferred
  • HL7 / HL7V and healthcare interfaces
  • SQL, Oracle, UNIX, Microsoft Office, Visio
  • Programming knowledge such as Java, HTML, Visual Basic, C/C++, or Perl
  • Clinical systems exposure in cardiology, radiology, oncology, labs, or pharmacy preferred
  • Desktop support, Windows, antivirus, registry troubleshooting
  • Application testing, upgrades, implementations, and Go-Live support
  • 247 production support when required
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
