Desktop Support-W2-Onsite - Cordova, CA

Introduction:

The Desktop Support-W2-Onsite position in Cordova, CA involves providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a corporate setting. The individual in this role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Set up new computers, printers, and other equipment for employees.
• Install and configure software applications, including Apache Cordova and Microsoft Office products.
• Provide remote support to off-site employees as needed.
• Assist with IOS development and support for mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all end-users.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Apache Cordova.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with remote support.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of MAC/iOS systems.
• Experience in IOS development.
