Note: We need candidates with Blood Bank experience and more Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Molecular Biology build in Beaker. MAK System experience is a nice to have but not required.


Role1#
Epic Beaker Build Analyst

100% Remote

$80 pr hr on W2

Focus: High-volume build, configuration, and optimization of Epic Beaker (AP/CP)

Helping create and execute overall build strategy for key efforts (outstanding worklists, specimen storage, QC build, etc.)

Lead build activities aligned to operational test change backlog and design decisions

Translate requirements into system configuration

Support design validation and workflow optimization

 

Role2#

Epic Beaker Interface / Data Innovations Analyst

100% Remote

$80 pr hr on W2

REQUIRED: Data Innovations (DI) use and rule build experience

Focus: Interfaces, middleware, and instrument integration

Responsibilities:

Support and validate lab instrument interfaces and middleware (DI)

Ensure data flow integrity between systems

Update DI rule build when appropriate

Partner with technical teams on interface troubleshooting and issue resolution

 

Role3#

Epic Beaker Readiness / Flex Analysts

100% Remote

$80 pr hr on W2

Focus: Testing, validation, and critical path support

Responsibilities:

Support testing (Clinical Content Validation/ Instrument and non-instrument Mapped Record Testing), build change requests, and Go Live readiness activities

Execute defect resolution and validation tasks

Address high-risk backlog items (operational test changes, change tickets stemming from testing efforts)

Provide flexible support across highest-priority program needs

Requirements:

Epic Beaker certification (AP and/or CP strongly preferred)

Bachelor’s degree + 4 years’ experience or Associate’s degree + 6 years’ experience

Demonstrated experience with:

Systems analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation

Requirements gathering and validation with stakeholders

Complex system integration efforts

Ability to:

Resolve complex technical and operational issues

Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams

Work independently and collaboratively across teams

Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Experience supporting testing (UAT, validation, defect resolution)
