Employment Type: Contract (3) Days a Week - Hybrid
Compensation:
Pay Range: $43.48-$44.00 Per HR
Job Summary:
• Join our team as a Business Specialist in a hybrid setting in Jacksonville, FL.
• This contract role involves servicing and supporting clients, with a focus on investment and banking solutions.
• The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leverage digital technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and support investment and banking clients with professionalism.
• Match clients with suitable products and services, emphasizing digital solutions.
• Provide timely responses to client service requests via phone or email.
• Handle customer claims and complaints in line with regulatory requirements.
• Refer opportunities to relevant partners when appropriate.
Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in investments.
• Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines.
• Active Series 7 & Series 66 licenses required.
