The Role

• Drive direct sales through independent client outreach and the development of new client relationships.
• Manage incoming leads, provide preliminary quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Oversee the entire event planning process from initial inquiry through successful execution.
• Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Create comprehensive catering proposals including menu, beverage, staffing, and equipment rental.
• Finalize event details, staffing needs, and ensure timely collection of payments and deposits.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage or catering operations.
• Proven experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate business environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple catering levels within a fast-paced setting.
• A hardworking, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for the catering industry.
• Proficiency in food and beverage knowledge and opening/closing procedures.
