Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead with 10+ years of enterprise software delivery experience to lead cross-functional digital initiatives in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Azure DevOps for Agile project tracking, along with Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies to drive end-to-end delivery, stakeholder alignment, and CI/CD execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery for enterprise software and data-driven initiatives.
• Manage project planning, execution, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
• Govern Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, sprint metrics, and workflows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining compliance and business objectives.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Agile, Scrum, or Project Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps as the primary project tracking tool.
• Experience managing CI/CD-driven software delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, Waterfall, and DevOps.
• Experience with data products, enterprise applications, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, CAL, PAL, Lean Six Sigma, or related Agile certifications.
• Utility or regulated industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
