The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients.
• Observe patient progress, assist in therapeutic activities, and support treatment plans.
• Administer medically ordered treatments independently and collaborate with medical and therapeutic staff.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage daily ward operations.
• Contribute to a positive, structured, and safe interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or equivalent.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, some experience in psychiatry (though not essential).
