Job Description

Job Title: Azure Engineer

Location: Phoenix AZ(85034)

Duration:6 months

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Azure Administration
  • Deploy and manage Azure resources
  • Monitor cloud performance, uptime, and cost optimization
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
  • Configure Azure networking, VPNs, NSGs, and firewalls
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Exchange Online administration
  • Microsoft Teams administration
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • PowerShell
  • Conditional Access
  • Azure Networking
  • Cloud Security
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Automation & Monitoring

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365

2+ years of Azure administration experience

Experience with PowerShell scripting

Knowledge of hybrid Active Directory environments

Experience with endpoint/device management using Intune

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102)

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC)

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Excellent communication abilities

Documentation and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Time management and prioritization
