The Role

• Provide qualified, individual, and psychiatric nursing care within a primary nursing concept.
• Meticulously document all nursing interventions and assess relevant risk scales.
• Actively participate in and facilitate group therapy sessions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their families with empathy and professional competence.
• Contribute to the development of new concepts, quality assurance measures, and the training of future nursing professionals.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent in German system).
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and prioritize patient needs.
• Strong communication and empathy skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
• High level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Commitment to continuous professional and personal development through self-reflection.
