Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our public sector client in the Murrayburn area of Edinburgh.

Role – Customer Service Advisor Location – Edinburgh West, EH14 area Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700 Pay rate - £14.51 per hour Duration – 3 months initially with possible extension Start date – as soon as possible

The successful candidates will be joining an established team, carrying out, but not limited to the below:

Meeting and greeting customers on arrival Carrying out ID checks Checking applications Processing applications Producing documentation Answering any questions Any other tasks as required

Key skills required

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Previous administrative experience
